Please note that the calendar dates this ritual abides by is the Gregorian calendar, you will not be able to perform this ritual following any other calendar since the Monarch abode by the Gregorian calendar.
This can only be done on the first Saturday of any of the Gregorian months aside from March. Doing this ritual on March will not cause you any harm, but it will waste your time.
Firstly, on the first Saturday of a month, aside from March, go to a shop and buy a deck of playing cards. You may attain these cards from somebody else, but you will have a better chance of having this ritual work with a brand new deck of cards.
Secondly, lock the door so that nobody can see you perform this ritual. Do not talk to anyone in the middle of the ritual. It is also a smart idea to not do anything else, aside from the ritual, during the entire period.
Place all of your cards on a flat surface and remove every card, leaving the King and the Queen. Make sure the King and the Queen are of the same symbol, i.e. the King of Diamond and the Queen of Diamond and so on and so forth. Place the two cards beside each other.
Tear the Queen card by removing her head from the rest of her body. The next step is to tear a strand of hair from your head and to place it on top of the King card. Make sure you put your hair on the side of the King, and not the back of the card.
Carefully place the card on your right hand. Show the card to the mirror, with the King's face and the hair visible in the mirror, and say these words: "La Vesqua Ne Visa?" (Does the Monarch want me?)
After saying these words, drop the card with the hair. If the card drops with the back of the card facing you, immediately tear the card into two pieces. You are now safe and you can go on with your life.
If, however, the card drops with the King facing you, you are now wanted by the Monarch. Take the head of the Queen card and keep it with you at all times. Do not remove it from your body, especially when you sleep. There is not much advice I, agent spyro 27Sq, can give you. However, if you do not detect any signs of the Monarch punishing you in the next twenty four hours of completing the ritual, you can safely remove the Queen card and go on with your life. Otherwise, good luck.
The Monarch had seven wives, each of whom was exceptionally beautiful. All of his wives, leaving the last, were not able to produce any offsprings. His seventh wife, the Queen that you will be removing the head of, was the most beautiful of them all. She had long, black hair, reaching to her knees. This, unfortunately, was a cause of much jealousy from his other wives. When the Queen finally bore the Monarch's first and only child, the jealousy grew even stronger. The six queens conspired to tell the Monarch that in order to become more powerful as a king, he should tear seven strands of hair from the seventh Queen and bathe with the strands in the water, and stare into the mirror with hair in his hand, standing beside the queen, since she was considered the strongest of the queens as she was able to bear a child.
Days turned into months, which turned into years and eventually by the time the Monarch was near his eighties, the Queen had become completely bald. The day he pulled out the last seven strands of hair from her head was the day he last bathed. He realised he had not become any more powerful, rather he was weaker and older, and almost at the age of demise. He also realised that his once-beautiful queen was no more beautiful. She was old, she did not have her beautiful hair. He ordered the Queen to be beheaded, and upon seeing this, the six queens were overjoyed. They laughed, they cheered and it was not long before the Monarch ordered for them to be slayed as well. The seventh Queen, as is rumoured, cursed the Monarch and anybody who is wanted by the Monarch for their hair. The Monarch was never seen again after the day the Queen died.
